Appointments and Cancellations policy

Appointment times are reserved exclusively for you. If you need to cancel or rearrange your appointment, we kindly ask for at least 48 hours’ notice.

This allows us the opportunity to offer the appointment to another patient who may be waiting for care.

Appointments cancelled with less than 48 hours’ notice, or appointments that are not attended, may incur a fee.We understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise and will always consider exceptional situations on an individual basis.
